spinach
or other greens

apples
cored and cut into chunks (no peeling needed)

large avocado
about 201 g
1-3
teaspoons
fresh lemon juice
optional

cube of fresh ginger

teaspoon
freeze-dried mint
or 10–20 fresh mint leaves

water
Instructions
Add apple and avocado chunks to the blender.
Add lemon juice, ginger, and mint.
Add spinach or other greens.
Pour in one cup of water.
Blend until smooth (on a Vitamix, select the smoothie setting).
